She was born in Barcelona. She began her oboe studies in the Conservatorio Superior de Música with Domènec Segú. Later she continued her studies at the Conservatoire de Perpignan with Michel Giot and received the Médaille d'Or upon completing her studies.
She was a founding member of the Trio de Canyes de Barcelona, of the baroque music group Calamus Musicae and of the wind quintet Solistes de Barcelona, with which she has taken part in several cycles of concerts and festivals of music in Spain and in Europe.
Since 1982, she is a soloist of oboe of the Municipal Band of Barcelona. With her wind quintet Solistes de Barcelona, she has recorded a CD of music by Catalan contemporary composers, as well as several recordings for RNE, TVE and TV3.
